Financial Assistance is available to Assumption Academy students through two avenues:

Inner City Scholarship Funds (via public and Archdiocese sources) and Educational Scholarship Foundation (through private fundraising specifically to benefit Assumption Academy students)

Tuition rates for the 2011-2012 school year are as follows:

Elementary (K-8)
$4400 per child

Kindergarten Prep (PK4, PK 3+, PK 2 1/2-3)

Full Day Rate (5 days, 8:30am - 3pm) - $4900 per child
Half-day Rate (5 days, 8:30am - 11:30am) - $3700 per child

Multiple Child Discounts
Two Children (K-8) - $7,450
Three Children (K-8) - $10,230

There will no longer be a discount for multiple PK students. Those familes who were registered in PK before the 2011-2012 school year will have prior discounts honored if they have another student in K-8. These discounts will be 15% of total tuition for two students and 22.5% of total tuition for three students.

Fees

In order to secure your child’s place at Assumption Academy, the following fees must be paid upon registration:

Registration fee: $75 per child.
Technology fee (PK-8): $115 per child to a maximum of $345 per family

PSO fee:

This fee covers various events sponsored by the PSO (Parent School Organization). The fee will cover the costs associated for Catholic Schools Week, teacher’s Christmas and year end gifts, at least 2 assemblies during the year, donation for class basket donations and other items.

One child - $70
Two children - $115
Three (or more) children - $140

There is a separate schedule of fundraisers that will be distributed by the Parent School Organization.
